About

With a background in architecture and engineering, Ernie Alvarez started this construction company in 1993. Since then, the company has proactively built everything from custom residences, extensive residential remodels, and retail businesses. As a direct result of this background and experience, our craftsmanship and detail speak for itself.

Recently joining our team is master pool builder Thomas Lucciarini. He’s been licensed as a pool builder since the mid 90’s. He brings expertise and experience in design and pool construction. Thomas has remodeled existing and built new amazing pools over the years. His knowledge in the industry and eye for detail fits right in with what D’Lucci Construction stands for. We are now outfitted as your GC to build the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Lastly, as we have evolved into a more diverse company, we have acquired Janis Lucciarini. We are now incorporated and are a female owned company. With an extensive background in business management, Janis completes the team by making D’Lucci Construction a comprehensive and competitive General Contracting firm.
